We are doing a study with the makers of Reset Zone, to determine the effectiveness of mobile de-escalation tools to support youth and adults with autism to regulate emotions. The App will support the user to reset challenging emotions in real time. We will analyze the app and its effectiveness to change emotional states and support people to return to their day. The goal is to help people access simple solutions to avoid stresses and problems that can cause them to feel overwhelmed by emotions.
